Do you have any recommendations for real estate seminars that are not part of a sales funnel for me to buy an exhorbitantly-priced course?
I’m in Southern Maryland but would be willing to travel. My nearest cities are DC, Baltimore, and Annapolis.

I respectfully disagree, several seminars I have attended in the past year have NO up selling. They are informative, inspirational, tax deductible & a networking opportunity.
