Landlord insurance Harrisburg PA

I’ve acquired my first investment property in Harrisburg PA. i currently live out of the state of PA. I’m currently, desperately trying to find landlord insurance. I’ve had a policy with Erie, but was cancelled because of being an absentee landlord. Many companies I tried won’t even entertain the idea that I don’t live in the state. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
