Newbie from Wilmington, North Carolina
Hey all,
My name is Clayton Hamerski, and I am a Realtor in Wilmington, NC., a small but beautiful coastal city with beaches, a university, and an historic riverfront downtown.
In the last year, I graduated from UNCW, got married, bought a house, and we are planning to start investing in rental properties in the near future. I am new to REI and BP, but after reading BRRRR and The Book on Rental Property Investing, I am excited to engage with and learn from folks who are as interested in REI as I am.
