Commercial Real Estate Listing and Email Marketing

I'm curious to see what everyone uses to list and market their Properties and Space availability. I tried to list and email blast my available properties on loopnet, propertyblast.com and www.buzztarget.com. In today's world, I find that brokers are more geared towards email marketing. My listing barely receives any responses on loopnet, but when I sent an email blast using buzztarget.com, I received a dozen calls that same day. Propertyblast wasn't as great and wasn't worth the investment.

So, let me know what works for you and why? I'd like to explore other possibilities.
