Should i buy a property in miami,fl ? I always hear people say to buy in your backyard but my backyard is EXPENSIVE! What do you guys suggest ..? i've been looking in different areas around miami but either it's too expensive or the property is just in a pretty undesirable neighborhood OR it's in real bad condition. I was thinking maybe looking up north like st pete, tampa, or orland florida.. any suggestions?

@Dayana Castillo I invest in Palm Beach county; It’s all about the numbers, I agree it’s expensive in Miami, but if the numbers work then go ahead. The difference is that in other markets you need less money to start.
