Looking to rehab and flip in eastern PA

Hello, Looking at properties at the moment within Wilkes-Barre, Scranton, Pittston and Nanticoke. I have a few on my radar. Anyone that has had success in flipping in these areas? The properties I’m looking at are below 35k. I had an opportunity to drive around these towns about 3-4 weeks ago. Any input is appreciated.
