New from Portland, OR moving to Boulder, Co

Hey everyone,
My names Chris, Im 19, and am very interested in REI, Im trying to learn as much as I can about the subject by reading books talking to poeple who know, and mostly reading this forum. I just got a credit card and am trying to build up my credit, then in the near future start buying properties and renting them out. I'd probably have to get a 90% mortgage, or even maybe 100%, Ive been saving up some money, and currently have a full time job, but am going back to school in boulder, and will probably be working part time, so i dont really know if anyone woudl want to give me a mortgage, but im definitely going to try. so if anyone has any advice, or would like to mentor me a little, im always open, ill take you to lunch.. yeah
