Hello All,

Earl McCoy here with interest in buying rental homes. My sister and I would like to form a new Family style business in and around Boerne TX. We are just starting off with one home in the near future and are now forming a LLC to get going.

I have one home on 10 acres that I am renting now in Bandera TX. It was my home for many years and its paid for. Its been a great experience so far and I want to try it again.

I figured I better start looking to get educated before we get to far into it. That's how I found this site.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Here's to getting started :0)

Thanks Earl

Hi Earl,
I'm from the Boerne area and as you know it is a great town. It's growth has exploded over the last ten years as has the market for SFH's. I would be surprised if you could find something that will cash flow well enough given the cost of entry. Best of luck and I hope you can find what you are looking for.
Jason.
