Looking for a local partner in Huntsville

I am an OOS investor that started investing in Huntsville 2 years ago. Since then, I bought 80 properties and currently managing them through a 3rd party PM. I know the city really well at this point and have a network of contractors, wholesalers and other stakeholders. It isn’t feasible for me to keep making trips to Huntsville like I have been doing. However, I am looking to accelerate my business by acquiring a lot more properties and even getting into flipping business (have flipped several so far but not my core strategy). I still see an opportunity in the near term, but need someone there full-time to take it to the next level.
