Found a fire damaged property any thoughts.-killeen tx
Was driving around looking for properties and came a cross a house that had fire damage the roof is pretty much gone. Id like to approach the owner on this property but know nothing about dealing with fire damage. Any thoughts?

If you know nothing about fire damage and/ or don't have connections that do don't touch the thing. Fire damage can be minor if it isn't structural or it can force a tear-down or major renovation. If you don't know partner with someone who does or don't do it.
