Vacation rental on Whidbey Island

My partner and I are looking to purchase on Whidbey (Freeland/Langley area) and while we'd like to visit regularly, we live in Seattle and thus would be looking to list it as a vacation rental/AirBnB when we're not there. Curious if anyone has a vacation rental on the island and how bookings are annually (winter vs. summer). Thanks!
