Anyone ever us ROI Turnkey Properties in Alabama?

I was recommended ROI Turnkey Properties in Alabama by Real Wealth Networks as a Turnkey provider...anyone have any experience with them? Good or bad...before I invest?

What market are they operating in? I know all the big ones in Birmingham, but haven’t heard of them.

Please go see the property you’re buying.

I talk to sellers all the time who own dumps they bought far above market prices from promoters who “vetted” the ground operators.

You can fix a bad PM. But once you pay 50k for something that’s tough to sell at 30k, you’ve got a problem.

I’m happy to look something over if it’s in Birmingham.

I have personally done business with this company in a different investment .. and They have been solid for me..  I believe they are in Huntvilles not B ham.. so B ham info would not be germane.
