Property Manager needed in Evansville, Indiana.
I am a newer investor and have a potential rental property in Evansville. Before I decide to keep the house, I'd like to evaluate the potential rental situation with a property management company.
I've contacted a few property management companies, left messages, and haven't received any responses. That probably will speak volumes as to how they'll treat me once they're under contract. I want to be a hands-off investor.
So my question is, does anyone have any good experiences with a property manager in the area they can refer me to?

I will add another vote to the team at ERS. I am an out of state owner and they recently helped me acquire a property another owner in their portfolio was selling off-market. I am in the business in TN and have nothing but great things to say about their team.
