How to get a call dodging person to answer your phone.

Many times, we have tenants or contractors that duck our calls and fail to return messages. I recently had a guy that I'm paying quite well duck out on me for the past 6 days. Over that stretch, I have tried to contact him roughly 8-10 times via text, phone and email. Never so much as an answer or simple response.
Then I remembered my favorite ap: Caller ID Faker.
It allows a caller to pick the incoming number on a person's phone when you call someone. I picked a location that I knew he would answer a call from. My only regret is not being there to pick his jaw up off the floor when he answered and I told him it was me.
I didn't lose any money on the deal and politely asked for a simple resolution of the problem at hand.

I have also used this to get tenants to answer. It's a valuable resource. I hope it helps someone else.
