Apartment building financing, what should I be asking for?

Looking for financing for apartment building, out of state purchase, either Nevada, Boise, or Washington.

Where should I be looking for the loan, what interest rate, what is max ltv I should expect...?

I would recommend Old Capital lending in Texas. They're a large brokerage and work with Fannie Mae DUS lenders, Freddie, CMBS, local banks, etc. Pretty well known. They do business all over the country.
