Where to find cash buyers?

Hello BP family,

I am a new investor in the Maryland and DC area and I am looking for effective ways to find serious cash buyers. I am going to my local meetup next week to hopefully meet some cash buyers in the meantime what are some other ways that I can meet them. Thank you!
