Newbie Rental Property Investor
Hello everyone! My name is Joshua Smith, and I'm located in Central New York. I'm a newbie to real estate investing and am currently purchasing my first mulit-family house. My plans are to house hack with this first property and continue to educate myself in real estate and grow my portfolio. I work full time but have turned my car into a mobile classroom on my commute to/from work and am now a biggerpockets pro member to help network and soak up as much knowledge as possible.
