New and Excited Investors in SoCal

Hi everyone! We are Jenny and Ray, recent college graduates from UC Riverside hoping to start our fix/flip journey. We have been preparing everything needed for a fix/flip (hard money lenders, LLCs, POFs, etc) but have yet to successfully close on a deal. But I feel that we are so close! We're excited to be a part of BiggerPockets and hope to network with as many people as we can.
