Borrow from 401k for BRRRR deals

Has anyone borrowed from 401k to finance BRRRR deals? I would think that borrowing from your 401k with a much lower interest rate and paying yourself back after the home refi would be a better option than going through a private lender or the hard money option with a higher interest rate.
