Wholeselling Where 1 in 4 homes is underwater
Hello All,
Are wholesale deals still happening with so many homes underwater? I live in the woodbridge va area which is 20 min south of D.C. I use to see the "we buy houses" signs all the time. Now I see none. have people given up? I am new at this so any insight would be appreciated.

I think Warren Buffet says it best, "When people are greedy be fearful! When people are fearful be greedy!" with that being said I do not know the market in VA, so I cannot answer the question for that area. However I do know here in Orlando, wholesaling is still going on, but mostly with double closes, dealing with REO's (bank foreclosures). I believe that you should follow your passion's and dreams and the money will follow. If you would like to get in the wholesaling Real Estate arena you should, as it can be a great niche in Real Estate Investing and do not be worried about if the market is slow or not. I can tell you this it doesn't matter where you are geographically located, if the deal is good enough you will find a buyer! This site will show you some great in's and out's of the business.
