Columbia County, Hudson Valley Trade recommendations Needed!

Hi Folks, I am in contract with an investment property that needs some work in Ancram, NY. Roof, electrical, gutters and structural on the detached garage. However, I'm finding it extremely difficult to find quality and reputable companies. Even the realtor suggested to ask the locals at the post office because she couldn't recommend any. also touched base with homeowners in the area and they too have been looking for years for a reputable company. I will also need a reliable handyman contact on the ground for emergencies..leaks, etc while I am not there. 

If anyone can send some I would very much appreciate it!! I won't be able to buy this home if I can't find someone to help maintain it.
