Unit Turn Work South Side Chicago Illinois - Recommendation PLS

We need your help BP family! It's been three months and our current property management company has yet to complete the turn on our unit. Can you please recommend a contractor/repair person to get this unit ready? 

The property is located in South Side Chicago, IL (Illinois).
