Commercial RE options for a beginner investor?
Hello Friends,
As you see, I am a beginner in Real estate in general. I do have some savings ($100-200k) and would like to start my real estate career (part-time/semi-passive). I see that commercial real estate numbers make more sense but i observed getting a loan for a commercial real estate is lot more difficult than I thought. I would really appreciate if senior folks out here could guide me or give me some pointers on starting my game in commercial real estate. Or do you think I should simply stick to residential SFR with the help of some turnkey company?

I recommend taking the time to research and decide on two things:
1) do you have the time and desire to be an active investor? If not, then passive is your chosen route.
2) once you have nu 1 above, go through various passive RE investing strategies to select one that suits your interests/needs best.
