Push association to collect from auction proceeds on time
What options do you have after buying in an auction, to make the association collect its debt from the auction proceeds available? they don't seem to be interested, and I am afraid I will end up with the debt obligation. Is this something you can push legally? they should collect from the auction proceeds!
