I am a young investor and Realtor in Central Wisconsin. I am in the Wisconsin Rapids market, with investments also in the Tomah market.

Where in Wisconsin are you located? What is your Real Estate Asset Class of choice, why did you choose it?

@Brian Stearns I am located in Southeastern WI in Kenosha/Racine area. I’m a real estate investor with some single family homes and a couple commercial buildings. Closing on a duplex next month. Always interested in meeting somewhat local people with the same interest.

Brian, I'm located in the Madison and surrounding area.  I currently have 6 duplexes, looking to buy more.  I'm focused in the Dane County area.  I buy units that need allow me gain sweat equity with cash flow of 20-25%.  All my renovations are done in house.  From roofing, HVAC to kitchen and baths! If you're ever around this area, I'd love to meet up!

Hey Brian, I'm based out of Green Bay. My business partner @Derek Dombeck is based out of Wausau. Derek is also the host of the WiscoREIA in Wausau. We're both pretty active in buying just about anything that makes sense. But, mostly we buy houses. Some we buy to wholesale, some for flips and some end being kept as rentals (lease options usually).
