Investment Property zip codes in Austin Texas?

Hello BP friends - My partner and I are looking for SFRs in north Austin or somewhere in the vicinity.  I live in Austin so can manage myself, any recommendations for zip codes to invest?  We anticipate a negative cash flow for 1-2 years, our goal is equity growth and hopefully, Austin continues to grow and appreciate.
