First property. Need advice. Newbie to RE!

Hello BP community,

Great way to start the new year my offer was accepted for a duplex! In the Portland metro area.

I have a few questions:

1. How do I evict a current tenant? (He has lived there longer than 12months) not sure how to go about. I want to make sure it’s done in a professional way. I plan on living in that unit.

2. Where do I get the evictions forms from?

3. I understand in the Portland area there are relocation fees in Portland. Who do I pay that to?

4. I have never been a landlord where do I get lease agreement from?

I appreciate any advice an input. I am new to REI. I've done research but on a broader scope. I know the property will give me a cash flow. Just need some advice on how to go about dealing with existing tenants/lease agreements.
