I feel like I have a great opportunity but need help!

I’m in the Atlanta market wholesaling, and I currently have a property under contract. If feel that it’s such a sweet deal that if I’m not able to find a end buyer, I could finish the flip myself. I’ve never done a flip before but I have the concept down, read books on it, and watch tons videos. What are a few ways to go about finding a guy partner to bring experience and capital to the deal?
