New Member Introduction - New York City Area

Hello Community,

Just wanted to start by saying hello to the BiggerPockets Community.  Excited to write my first post!

I've been reading and researching aggressively about RE, and the information is massive!  But very exciting to learn about.  I work in Sports Television Production and have a strong background in Dance.  

I live in the very expensive New York City area, so I'm looking to invest out of state.  

I hope to get into Rental Real Estate investing (BRRRR). And I would like to learn as much as I can.

I'm open to all forms of advice, criticisms, and/or support (especially in terms of Creative Financing, Rehab, & Property Management).  Open to collaborations, so if I can be a help to you please let me know.  

Glad to join the community, and hope I can be a regular contributor.
