Early Investor looking to cash out
I purchased a distressed property in the heart of the recession. After a substantial live-in rehab, I think the time to cash out is now. I need advice on wether I Should loan against the property or take the profit and reinvest in more flips and rehabs. Any other suggestions for reinvesting in real estate would be greatly appreciated. Ive always wanted to be an investor so when the recession was amongst us I saw the opportunity to Invest low with a higher ROI. Im in Atlanta and Im looking for REI groups and or other motivated investors/flippers to speak with.

Without the numbers, location, and condition of the property no one can give you advice. What's your strategy? What's your the goal for REI? Lot of people bought stuff during the recession but it doesn't make them an investor.
