203k Loan is a hidden GEM that might soon be obsolete. :'(

i used the 203k loan on my first 4unit and it worked out amazing! I paid $60,000 for a south Milwaukee home, got approved for a $45,000 Repair & appraised for $140,000. I did a cash out refinance and I'm using that money to buy my third property. Not to mention the updated units are now renting for $875 each. The 203k loan is simply amazing!
