MN CRP form house hack - is each rm a separate unit on propertyID

Is each room a separate unit on the MN CRP form?

On the same line as Property ID or Parcel Number they ask for the number of units on this property.
Depending on the definition, for me it could be 1-3

What do they do with that info anyway?
