New York City Wholesaling Procedure

Hey community, I want to know about contracts. Does anyone know what should be done after a purchase agreement is signed by the seller? Do I take the contract to an attorney or do I enter it into escrow with a title company?

@Robbie Snipes you should have a contract looked at by an attorney before you sign.  If it's wholesaling, you can take it to a title company in NY.
