remote rehab /local rehab Kentucky

Just wondering how many of you flippers like to go remote or stay in your town. For those that go remote is it because of low inventory/high competition? How about those who have done flips in Kentucky?

For me to go out of town, I want the opportunity to be substantially better than local options. I also want someone in the remote location to be aligned with me financially and in other ways.
