Any Real Estate Groups in Bucks County, PA and/or Lehigh Valley?

Question

Curious if anyone attends or knows of a Real Estate Investing group in my local area.  Bucks County, PA and/or the Lehigh Valley (Bethlehem, PA)?  I've heard so much talk of attending these types of meetings and I'm just curious what peoples' experiences have been and if there's a good one out there?

If you go on meetup.com there is a meeting in Doylestown. Search NETWORKING AT: The Greatest Real Estate Investment Group Ever. There is also two groups up in Allentown on the 11th and 12th of November I believe. I will be at each of these myself.

You're best bet is to join The Diversified Real Estate Investor Group.  We have many subgroups that meet in Bucks County. I head the Rehabber's Subgroup and I live in Bucks County. There are also other subgroups that meet in Doylestown, Dublin and Zoto's on 309.  Feel free to text or call me. I can't post my number, but you can get it through a Google Search (eleven,eleven).

I attended the so called "Greatest Real Estate Investment Group Ever" and it wasn't as advertised to say the least. The guy who leads the group is narcissistic and only wants to make you feel stupid so that you would join his "investor school" which doesn't seem to be focused on real estate investing but wholesaling and stocks which is not investing if you ask me...
