Good morning BP,
I’m am looking into doing some investing in southern Maine and would like to get an idea on where other investors are having success with buy and hold properties. I look forward to your responses.

Hi Ralph, thanks for your post. There are some opportunities for buy and hold investments in Southern Maine. For buy and hold properties, I have a duplex and a triplex in Southern Maine and a house in Auburn and all are cash flowing. With some time and effort, opportunities can be found.
