Networking with Memphis Investors (2/13-2/16)

Hi! I am visiting the Memphis area. I am interested in investing in multi-family units and would like to meet other investors in the greater Memphis area. I have experience in short-term rentals (if that is of any interest to anyone) and have my real estate license in New York. Any advice on neighborhoods to check out would be much appreciated.
