Tenants Car Broken Into, Belongings Stolen
I just received a text from a tenant stating their car was broken into last night. They have not called the police because they said they didn't have the time this morning to do so and they don't think it's worth it as only a backpack was stolen.
How to proceed? Is it worth mentioning to other tenants that this event occurred? Should I call the police when I get home from work?

@Michael Craig Let them handle it. You could post a sign to remind them not to leave valuables in the vehicle, but my guess is that could somehow backfire if there is another break in and you are considered to be liable somehow.
