First home near Fort Meyers Florida

I am trying to purchase my first rental property in Fort Meyers or Cape Coral Florida. I am a long distance investor out of Brooklyn New York, so I would love to talk to anyone with advice or who might be looking to partner up for a deal! Specifically what I am looking for is a home that needs some work that might allow for the BRRRR strategy I have been hearing and learning so much about. Any help is appreciated!
