Really starting to dislike seeing certain words in listings

Just a for fun posting here.

Spending time while everyone is in lock down (my job is considered "essential") looking at listings.  Doing so I have really come to hate a few words.  those words are: remodeled, refreshed, new, refurbished, upgraded, and similar words...

As soon as I see them I feel like there is little value I can add to it and since I am not looking for a turn key rental, I have to skip those homes.  The greatest value I bring to an investment is my ability to put elbow grease into a work in progress, those words steal my chance to contribute...

Anyways, how you all are keeping sane during this time.
