Subject-To Fiancing without Risk or Subterfuge

For nearly 30-years now, I've bought and sold (and managed) hundreds of income-producing properties throughout the US w/o cash or credit; and wholly w/o violating a due-on-sale clause or a Dodd-Frank regulation.

And, I'd like to discuss alternative real estate investing with others who might be looking for an easy and highly lucrative way to get into this business without needing sterling credit and/or a pile of cash.

Not only do I avoid down payments and bank credit approvals, I don't even make payments or pay for maintenance and upkeep on my properties.  

You really should HAVE TO know what this is all about, whether you have a giant bank account and perfect credit...'or not!  Why deplete either one when you don't need to?
