Should wholesalers have an attorney? Or is it unnecessary

I’m a new wholesaler and I’m seeing a lot of things about people saying that attorneys aren’t needed for wholesaling, but i’m also seeing a lot of people say to hire an attorney. Not sure what to do. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you
