Most Over/Under Valued Market In USA

So, curious to know the community’s opinion.:...  We’ve had a lot of changes as a nation over the last few months. Real estate is always slow to react to current events.  Some business sectors and markets have been hit harder than others.  Some will come back stronger, some will evolve, and some will struggle. 

With that, polling the group.  What are the most overvalued real estate markets and what are the most undervalued?
