Hey guys just starting out in the Memphis area and was planning on buying a Multi-Family home or apartment complex to rent out any advice

Too many to list. Most of the suburbs are good. Midtown, Cooper Young, cross town, Harbor town, South Main, East Memphis and downtown can be solid.
