Harrisburg Pa furnished Apartment

Hello Community, 

I am looking for a RE professional that service the Harrisburg PA market that I can discuss renting a furnished 1 bedroom apartment in the Midtown historic section with utilities included. I rented this apartment on AirBNB for 1 year and thinking of converting it to a long term rental. There are no rentals I can compare to set my monthly rent rate at that considers both of these factors. Thank you!
