Advertising yourself as a Realtor : Legal Guidelines

I am working on putting my first ad as a realtor in a local magazine in Georgia. There are quite a few guidelines in the licensing course on how the ad for a listing should look like, but not much on policies to adhere to when placing an ad for advertising oneself as a realtor.

Any tips from this group for a first time would be great. Specifically, is it ok to allure buyer with taglines like :

* For a limited time, ask for special offers on Realtor Commission.

* Expert advise on pricing a home for both buying and selling.

* Data drive buying with Comparative Market Analysis from tools like CloudCMA and Realist.

Also, would one still be within legal guidelines of the commission if the ad for a realtor is posted without the picture of the agent, or is pasting the picture of the agent in ad a mandatory requirement.

Thanks Very Much!
