Conventional or 203k loan if drywall and insulation needed

I am interested in a single family foreclosure home in NJ; however, the living and dining rooms do not have drywall and insulation. I would like to know if conventional loan would work or I have to get 203k.

I would appreciate your advice if you can confirm if conventional loan would work. Thank you in advance.
