Looking for CPA in SC that specializes in RE

Hi all, new to BiggerPockets, but enjoying all the great wisdom.

I am just starting out in my REI journey and am looking for a qualified CPA that specializes in real estate.

I live in SC (close to the NC border) and would prefer someone local, but definitely open to a remote resource as well.

Hoping to get my first property by the end of this year, but want to make sure my ducks are in a row (LLC, taxes, etc).
