Anyone know what I would need to do to check my first rental property and how to best calculate rehab costs on a budget?

1. You can check the rental property by going to the property itself. Ask for home inspection.

2. BP has a calculator. You can ask the contractor for the rehab cost. But if you are going to do it on your own. You have to know the prices of the materials and the labor cost.
