Marketing for multifamily properties in CT

Hello,

I am new to real estate investing this year, and I am looking to purchase my first multifamily property. I would prefer something between 5-10 units and I am more so interested in purchasing on terms than price.....I guess my question is: how do I start marketing and searching for properties? I’ve saved up enough money to start searching, but I’ve been stuck as far as what to do next since. Not sure if it’s a lack of knowledge or analysis paralysis, but I’d really like to get started. Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thank you!
